
Chris joined Royal Alliance in 2020 with 30+ years of advising and managing capital. Career, to date, has been spent providing Pension De-Risking and institutional financial services to corporate executives, risk officers and business owners. Chris transitioned in 1998 after 16 years in institutional fixed income to pursue a Master's degree in Education to instill business acumen to high school students and pursue a love of his, coaching lacrosse. Simultaneously he became and is still an Adjunct Professor of Economics/Finance. Mr. Reilly then joined Fidelity Investments as an advisor in 2002 and departed as senior account executive in 2008 to launch his own multi-family office.
Chris entered his corporate career right out of college. He landed his first position with RMJ Securities in New York. He accepted a transfer to london and was made a Director before pursuing 'sell side' opportunities in distressed debt in California with Smith Barney/Shearson. He spent the majority of his corporate career in sales and marketing then found his passion in personal finance. He had held a non-profit board position with the American Hemochromatosis Society and has been active with several Long Island community organizations; Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Hauppauge Industrial Association and Long Island Metro Lacrosse Foundation.
Chris played competitive lacrosse till age 35 including Garden City HS, University of Miami Hurricanes, New York Lacrosse Club, Hampstead Lacrosse Club (London, England) and Malibu Lacrosse Blub (California). He was head Men's Lacrosse Coach at UCLA and held coaching positions at Hewett, Syosset and West Islip High Schools.
Chris had resided in New York, London and California before settling with his family on Long Island in 2005.
